🐾 Dog: Breed, age, gender & current behavior
📸 Photos/Short Videos: Helpful for evaluating your dog
💉 Vaccination Records: Required before evaluation/drop-off

⚠️ IMPORTANT

🐶 Every dog must be evaluated and accepted before training.
🐾 Acceptance into one program does not guarantee acceptance into another.
⚠️ Program pricing, payment schedules and requirements vary by program.

Regular obedience, potty training and socialization programs are for friendly, sociable dogs.

Aggressive dogs may be considered only for our Controlled Aggression Training Program and must qualify through evaluation.

💉 VACCINATION & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

🐶 Puppies: Minimum 2 DAPP booster series
🐕 Adults: Current vaccinations, including rabies & kennel cough
🐾 Flea & tick treatment required for all dogs
❤️ Heartworm prevention required for adults

🏠 BOARDING & DROP-OFF

🍽️ Bring enough food for the entire stay
🦮 Bring a 6-foot leash & adjustable collar
🏡 Crate may be required
💵 Late pickup: $35/day unless pre-arranged

🤝 OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s behavior, temperament, bite/aggression history, health, medications, training history and socialization.

Owners must continue handling, practicing and following training instructions after their dog returns home.

A private handling lesson is provided before pickup. We may request handling videos afterward when additional guidance is needed.

♾️ TRAINING GUARANTEE

Applicable programs include a Lifetime Training Guarantee covering trained commands, provided the owner continues handling and practicing as instructed.

If a training problem occurs, contact us. Depending on the situation, follow-up instruction, virtual assistance or a private lesson may be provided.
