Before pickup, we personally teach you how to properly handle your dog on and off leash using verbal commands and hand signals.

♾️ LIFETIME TRAINING GUARANTEE

Training commands are guaranteed for as long as you own your dog, provided you continue handling and practicing as instructed.

If problems occur, contact us. Depending on the situation, we may provide follow-up instruction, virtual assistance, or request handling videos.

⚠️ OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

Owners are responsible for maintaining the training after graduation. The guarantee covers the trained commands, not failure to continue proper handling and practice.

$95 Booking/Evaluation Fee required before evaluation.

You may add a second dog to the 21-Day Obedience Board & Train program for ONLY $1,000 when both dogs enroll together and both pass evaluation.

The second-dog offer is only available when both dogs enroll together and are approved through our evaluation process.

🚫 ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

The $95 fee is also non-refundable if you cancel, miss your evaluation, or decide not to leave your dog after evaluation.

📋 EVALUATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Every dog must be evaluated and approved before acceptance.

Before scheduling, we will ask questions about your dog, including:

✔ Breed
✔ Age
✔ Sex
✔ Personality & temperament
✔ Training history
✔ Socialization
✔ Current behavior or obedience problems
✔ What you want your dog to learn

We may ask you to send photos or videos of your dog so we can better understand your dog’s behavior before determining whether the program is appropriate.

💉 VACCINATIONS ARE MANDATORY

Current vaccination records from your veterinarian must be sent by text or email before scheduling.

Puppies must have TWO age-appropriate DAPP or DHPP vaccine series completed before training.

🐾 SOCIABLE DOGS ONLY

Dogs displaying aggression toward people or other dogs are NOT accepted into our regular Obedience Board & Train.

Aggressive dogs may qualify for our Controlled Aggression Training program.

Video references from satisfied customers may be provided once we have established that you are serious about hiring us.
